Hello, my name is Sam Yi Ting and I am a Master CS student in the CORE Robotics Lab. I graduated from Georgia Tech in Spring 2019 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. In Fall 2019, I enrolled in graduate school with a personal goal to lead a research project that utilizes robotics in 3D spaces to improve our environment. My current work is focused on autonomous control in unmanned aerial vehicles and I hope to extend that to unmanned underwater robotics in the future. I believe that with enough automation comes convenience that would encourage humans to practice a greener lifestyle.
