Hi, I’m Zayra! I’m a Master’s student working on my Computer Science degree at Georgia Tech. I received my B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in 2018 and was a member of the Lab for Autonomous and Intelligent Robotics there, where I worked on shipwreck mapping with underwater robots. My research interests include motion planning, localization, computer vision, and AI. I’m particularly excited about using my computer science and engineering knowledge to help create mainstream robots that can safely assist humans in real-world scenarios.
