I am Zulfiqar Zaidi, a Robotics PhD student at Georgia Tech. I received my bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from National University of Science and Technology (Islamabad, Pakistan) and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech on a Fulbright fellowship. My research interests include robotics, human-robot interaction and machine learning. Specifically, I hope to create agile mobile robots that can intelligently collaborate with humans. I envision a future where agile robots closely partner with human beings while being completely safe.
